Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: April 25, 2026
At MySpotlyt, a platform dedicated to talent and event management, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of minors. Protecting children from Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is our highest priority.
1. Core Safety Principles
- Zero Tolerance: MySpotlyt prohibits any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates the exploitation of children.
- Proactive Monitoring: Our internal team uses the Super-Admin Command Center to monitor all talent uploads and public feeds for inappropriate content.
- Scout Verification: All pageant organizers and scouts are required to complete a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process before interacting with talent on the platform.
2. Content Moderation & Compliance
- Manual and Automated Review: All media uploaded to the platform is subject to a multi-layered review process to ensure it meets our safety standards.
- Immediate Removal: Any content flagged for potential child safety violations is removed immediately, and the associated account is permanently banned.
- Reporting to Authorities: We comply with international laws and will report any instances of CSAM or CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Nigerian law enforcement agencies.
3. Reporting a Safety Concern
We encourage our community to report any suspicious behavior or content immediately.
- In-App Reporting: Every profile and post includes a "Report" button.
- Dedicated Safety Email: Reports can be sent directly to our compliance team at info@myspotlyt.com.
